They have a complimentary shuttle bus service between the 4 sister hotels in Gros Let. Rooms are lovely and spacious and Well cleaned . Chrystal was amazing in greeting us on our arrival. "Lovely resort that feels like it is in the middle of the jungle. Great hike to see the Piton starts right behind the dining are. I love it that the owners preserve local historical buildings on top of a commitment to preserving the environment. All cottages are therefore different and a little piece of history. Staff is very helpful. Would recommend hiring a car for explorations beyond the resort and sugar beach. "

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
