“This was horrible”

“This is a very nice apartment style place to stay. About 10 minutes by car to Holetown which has lots of restaurants to choose from. The snorkeling right off the beach is great. The apartments are beautifully decorated. If you’re looking for somewhere super quiet to stay, this is it. However of you want a more lively resort, the don’t recommend it.”

“We have just returned from our first stay at Cobblers Cove, and our first visit to Barbados. The staff are a true credit to the hotel and we heartily thank them for one of our most magical vacations ever. “De villa wordt elke morgen schoongemaakt door housekeeping. Met de kok konden we de maaltijden samenstellen naar onze voorkeuren. Het eten werd goed bereid en mooi opgediend. De boodschappen kunnen online besteld worden. Het zwembad was fijn en groot genoeg. Het strand ligt op max. 1 minuut lopen waarbij je het idee hebt dat je het strand enkel voor ons was. Vanuit de villa heb je een mooi toezicht op de zee.”

“We were greeted very warmly by host, who treated us like family and was helpful in recommending nearby amenities and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Property located conveniently from amenities and only a few minutes away by car from beaches and several attractions found in the northern part of the island. “This was our second time staying here. We love the location and the amenities provided. Paul and Gabriel are both so helpful and accommodating. The upstairs apartment is clean and bright, and with so many windows in all the rooms, the cross breeze keeps it cool at night. Loved waking up to coffee on the small deck, and watching the birds and monkeys, even the chickens. We had a car, so getting around was no problem, but it is walkable to a beautiful beach, restaurants and groceries. God willing,……

“The pros: the apartment was easy to find. Check in was easy. The owner is responsive.The cons: The air conditioning is rationed and limited to a single common room. It is on a motion censor that does a terrible job of detecting people. It cut out on us several times even though several of us were sitting right there in front of it. The bedrooms rely on floor fans but if you're a couple, closing your door is very uncomfortable because the heat and humidity will collect. Upon arrival, it was……

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The place was comfortable and clean. The pool was set in a beautiful tropical oasis just a few steps away. We walked to the beach most days and enjoyed the sunsets. Renting a car was helpful to explore other parts of the island including the Wildlife Reserve, St Nicholas Abbey and the Animal Flower Cave. There are several excellent restaurants nearby as well. We would strongly recommend this vacation villa and hope to return in the future. ”

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“The apartment was well located on the coast road, walking distance to Speightstown, and a wide selection of beaches, beach clubs, shops, restaurants, everything that you need nearby. The apartment itself was just like the description, the main bedroom and en suite were excellent - I only pick these out because I was there on my own so did not even go into the other bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and Blue Sky left a superb welcome pack with ground coffee for the machine, which……
