Beautiful Easter Week

This property was perfect for a week with our 2 adult daughters and my 75 year old mom. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My husband LOVED the bird sanctuary you can see from the balcony. Although the property is still in the process of being repaired from the recent hurricane, the elevators were operational, the pool was in great shape, and the access to the beach could not have been easier. Grills on the beach deck were very convenient to cook several meals. Alina was a responsive and very gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 4 enjoyed this property very much. Condo was just as described and fit our needs well. Building has great pool and hot tub. Access to wonderful beach is fantastic. Would stay again!

Sisters weekend

Great location. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs and umbrella! Plenty of space. Great weekend getaway spot for my sisters to come visit for my birthday! Definitely will stay again for similar family in town!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, this place was fantastic! The property owner was very repsonsive leading up to our arrival and was readily available throughout our stay with information about the condo and great suggestions of things to do in the area! We felt the condo was as described if not better, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great and the beach was soft white sand! The condo was well equipped with anything youd need for the beach - umbrella, chairs, toys, plenty of towels, ect.... Its a place we would come back to again if we're in the area!

Another Great Stay/Vacation!

For my husband & I, this was our 2nd stay at Alina's condo and will always be our first pick! Everything was perfect and actually better than our 1st stay because the weather, the beach/ocean, and the condo/pool remained beautiful for our week stay. Fantastic area!!

The property was clean, secure, up to date, and located in a great spot! Communication was just as good, there was no stress involved in booking, checking in, and checking out....very simple. The area is one of the best we have been to, lots of shopping, restaurants, and it was great for walking or running. Only suggestion would be to explore a little for places to eat, Google doesn't pick up many of the gems that are nearby. Would love to come back to this property!!

Well stocked, nice condo!

Our week stay was really good! Fully stocked, in a good location. It is right next to the bird Sanctuary, if you love birds like us, it's great! The master bed is a little worn and wasn't the best, but not too bad either. Alina is very responsive and helpful; a great host!

Just as described and more

Everything was great! The condo was just as said in description. The only the the bird sanctuary next door was loud and smelled awful. It was great to have the access to the beach things so we did not have to bring them with us. Beach was great too, not crowded and a great quiet place for the family. Very close to Clearwater for places to eat and shop.

Superb apartment

We had a great 5 days staying here. Real home from home feel to this apartment. Abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs. Good quality linens on beds. Anything anyone could want. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Really lovely quiet beach too. Lots of eateries within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries, gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants, we went to everyone one and they were brilliant!! Instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem. Really can’t say much more than if you are thinking about renting this condo, please do!! My only complaint was that the master suite shower was so good all the family wanted to shower in it. We almost had to have a rota! Being British, we could’ve made use of a kettle but we just boiled water in a saucepan for a brew. It wasn’t a problem. We loved it!

Fantastic Condo on the Beach

We've vacationed at several 'rental' homes/condos in Florida over the years with our family and found this condo to be one of our top picks. We were very pleased with the amenities within the condo unit, particularly the spacious of the unit, the well-stocked large kitchen, the amount of storage space, the quantity and quality of the linens/towels and the overall comfort within the unit. We never felt like we were on top of eachother within the condo. The kitchen was large enough to allow for 2 people to be cooking, and even a 3rd person and provided lots of cookware. The dining table allowed us all to sit together for meals and the living room provided all 6 of us to comfortably sit and watch a movie. There were more than enough linens and towels available and we were quite happy to do a load of laundry with the front-load washer. The building site itself was noticeably kept-up well, beach access was great (although a 3rd key would be nice, as we usually had to juggle kids wanting to go to the beach, some adults wanting to run for groceries, and others going in a different direction, and a key is required to go to/from the beach). The beach was great and we never felt crammed. We appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella/cart/toys that were provided We felt very safe in Indian Shores and enjoyed scouting out the local offerings. We were able to see the beach/water from our balcony, although it was not a beachfront view. Our balcony oversaw the bird sanctuary next door. Other reviewers complained about the noise or smell from the sanctuary; we never experienced issues of smell and the only noise we encountered was very early in the morning (and it was not loud enough to keep us awake). Having a view of the sanctuary was a nice bonus as we got to see many birds come and go throughout the day. There will always be little things that are not to everyone's satisfaction when vacationing. I've chosen not to pick apart every little aspect of the condo. It's a vacation rental. Not a rental with options custom-tailored to my specific preferences (I think many people need to realize this when they rent/review places). Overall a very pleasant stay. Would I rent here again? Absolutely!

We live on the East coast of FL & wanted a quick little summer family trip (my husband, myself, our 2 kids & my parents) to the west coast. I found this little gem in Indian Shores right on the Gulf, with tons of restaurants & bars nearby :) Alina, the host was absolutely amazing! She got us checked in (with access to everything) earlier than we ever expected, which gave us extra time to settle in, which in turn gave us more family time on our first day! An absolute must go to spot for your next vacation! :)

Family Vacation

Everything was excellent on our stay! The condo was very nicely decorated and super clean. The master bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The property is super close to the beach so easy to transport beach chairs etc. We highly recommend this property! Also, our host Alina was very helpful and attentive. She was really great to work with!

Beautiful condo

We stayed on this property for a long weekend. The condo is beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need and the property manager was very accommodating and available. The beach is beautiful and the pool area was huge with lots of chairs and gas grills. We had a great stay!

Family bonding girls trip

My sister, mom, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Great location in general. The beach is right out the door. You can rent a cabana on the beach right in front of the building. My mom loved the master suite particularly the shower. The condo was very comfortable and has everything you need for a beach vacation including chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. John's Pass was fun. We went on a boat cruise from there and had a couple of meals there as well. The condo owner, Alina, was very accommodating. We were able to get into the condo earlier than the usual check in time and it made our day. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great communication with us. This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo.this unit was spacious, all amenities were updated, and the balcony was large with good views of the gulf & bird sanctuary. The owner was available and very responsive. The pool area was large and comfortable. We were right on the beach, and a great location with access to all local attractions.We have already booked for next year.

Beach Trip

The hostess was very helpful and quick response. Beautiful unit and we felt right at home. On a quiet beach. Dolphins swim by and a bird sanctuary next to our building. Very big pool deck and nice pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Steps away from a quiet beach, fully equipped with large kitchen and patio. TV in every room. We really enjoyed the birds and view from the balcony. Birds were quiet (and beautiful). Slept with our window open to the sounds of water lapping on the sand. We were there post hurricane and pleased that the unit has no damage.
