“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was very adequate for the price of the hotel. Bed was quite comfortable (mattress not too firm). I was put in a handicap assessable room, and it was not convenient for me to use the shower since I’m not handicapped (water pressure was low and water got all over the bathroom floor). I was one of the last people for breakfast, but from what I could see and taste, the breakfast was not very good. But it was included in the price.”

“This hotel is so old and run down. It is in need of a massive renovation to make it live up to the description “resort.” The elevator is ancient and reminds me of The Shining. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had very bad water pressure. The carpet in the rooms and hallways is threadbare in spots, dirty, and needs replaced badly. We won’t be back.”

“the hallways smelled like they had a sewer problem. the room was fine. i didn't like the booking on line aspect. It made me feel like my booking might not work because they pushed me to get the $4.50 insurance but that company charged me $9.00 and it was just me and there was no option to select just one person...appeared like a scam trick. i was also not able to speak with hotel morgan directly about making a reservation.”

“There is no microwave anywhere, the ice machine was broken. The breakfast was just pastries and biscuits and gravy. No way to heat anything. If you need anything refrigerated like medicine no were to do that.”

“Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++”

“Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells.”

“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”
