Steinhatchee’s newest and most modern vacation home. Brand new two story coastal home, nestled in a gated community called Jena Jubilee. This new home is located on the Steinhatchee River across from River Haven Marina. Boasts two master suites, plus three lovely guest rooms. 5 Bedrooms, 5-1/2 Baths in all. Private dock with private covered boat slip. Screened in gaming area, ice machine and fire pit on ground level. Three beautiful screened in balconies. Private clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and pool. Card/poker room with nice gaming table. Ping pong, foosball, darts, and corn hole in the gaming area. Bath porch cooking area with 2 grills and outdoor cookers for your use. Newley re-landscaped and looking beautiful for the season.

Fantastic vacation home for large groups.

Enjoyed scalloping with three families and two boats. Cooked all our meals in well equipped kitchen and slept well in large and comfortable bedrooms. Quick walk to dock and close to all Steinhatchee has to offer.

Scalloping weekend

This is a beautiful house. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for everyone. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough dishes also !! Super convenient to get to the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of space for the 11 of us. Having a cart to load the boat was helpful and having the ice machine was a game changer. We will be back!

Family Scalloping

The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again

We have been coming to Stienhatchee as a family for 6 years and this house is by far the best place we have stayed. It was clean, checked all the boxes for us, owner was great to communicate with, and the ice machine is a great added bonus!

Great home on the water

Beautiful and clean home. We went with friends and family to scallop. I love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Nice screened in game area for the kids and neighborhood pool for after we got off the boat. The home has an ice machine downstairs we really loved for ice down our boat coolers. We had a great stay. Will definitely go back.

Great House for two families (with kids)...

We stayed in this house for a long scalloping weekend, last weekend, with another family. Its was Awesome!!! Two masters on the top floor with on suit bathrooms, this floor also had the laundry room and another room with three bed with its own bathroom. The main floor had two more bedrooms (with twins) with on suit bathrooms. Also on the main floor was the kitchen and living area, plus another 1/2 bathroom. It's a bit of a walk to your boat (great covered slips) and/or the pool, but worth it for this new house. This is the nicest place we have stayed at in Steinhatchee. Looking forward to booking it again next summer. Thanks Jennifer for being a great host; our families made great memories here.

Nice place but spent 2 of our 3 days without AC and no compensation for the inconvenience. Nice place but very disappointed about the AC and just a sorry for the inconvenience.

Best rental ever

After renting in the area for over 20 years, this property was the best our family and friends have ever rented. The owners are extremely responsive and the home is beautifully decorated and equipped. The dock space is much better than the local marinas.

Great House

By far our favorite place we have stayed in steinhatchee. We have already booked it again next year because we loved it so much. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. The house itself was very roomy with a lot of fun games and activities. And, bathrooms galore- no one was ever waiting!
