"The room was clean and tidy. The shower was not working at first then I asked Omar for support and he came to the room and pull the nub out. The shower now work."

"I wish I could give the staff higher marks, because Vasyl (manager) and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our server gave us great food recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks. The off-street parking is a worthwhile purchase, and the rooms are nice and quiet. "We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked. Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious. "

"Negatives: Housekeeping entered the room when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. They also knocked the door on the last day at 11.15am and said we should've already left but we had arranged for a late checkout. We were only there for 4 nights so to have this happen on 2 occasions wasn't great. The reception staff didn't always greet/acknowledge the guests as they passed. The teabags are awful, bring your own! Breakfast was the same every morning. It would've been nice to mix it up a bit. Positives: One of the reception staff was excellent when we were checking in (Colin). He was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we requested to change rooms. The room was lovely and clean. Surprisingly very little noise from the planes and it was interesting to watch them and the nearby Dart from our window. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were good, breakfast is included. Parking is extra (£12 per day). It was very central for all the things we wanted to do and see."
