The whole place is kitschy, with both original portions and some added amenities done in the style of the Route 66 hey-day era. “Experience was as bad as it could be. I paid ahead of time through Expedia. I got to the hotel and was told they did not have my reservation. I contacted Expedia and was given two options. 1. Cancel my reservation and pay a penalty fee of which is the total of the room or 2. Do nothing and be okay with paying for a room I couldn't even stay in. I was essentially robbed”

“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. “No pool or hot tub here even when 3rd party hotel sites state otherwise and a sign in the room also states, otherwise HDMI ports on the back of the TV were loose. So couldn't really use them to connect to anything WI. Fi was extremely slow, aside from that staff was really helpful. The breakfast was decent, yeah.”
