“I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. The right front burner on the stove didn’t work. We brought food with us to cook on the stove and there was no can opener, bare necessity utensils. The pots and pans were old and needed to be……

“The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.”

“We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. ”
