“Clean rooms and nice staff”

“Good stay. Clean room, no bowls. A better pan would be nice”

“The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. ”

“New mattresses were comfortable and clean. The carpets are dated and could stand to be replaced. People were arguing quite loudly outside the door in the early morning but the staff lady who served us on arrival was super! ”

“This is my fourth time staying at the Roadway Inn in San Angelo in the past year and a half. We used to stay at another property (for over 10 years), but decided to give this one a chance. “Staff was not helpful. Bed was terrible. It was listed as a queen, but the bed was clearly a full. I went down to the lobby and asked if I could pay for an upgrade and I was told that my room was already a queen and there was nothing they could do. Worse bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. The hotel hallways stunk bad. If I could rate this place a zero star i would ”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7.
