“The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. “Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people.
