"The staff and location were fabulous. The rooms were a bit tired and it would have been nice to have been able to turn off or at least dim the balcony lights. The Venetian blinds did not close fully to keep the light out."

"Things we liked: very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Full kitchen and fridge in the suite with split bedroom and living area. Bed was comfortable. Why it didn't get 5 stars: the walls are very thin and you can easily hear neighbors. The kitchen was basically just the stove and a few plates. Turn down only if staying 5 nights or more. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for its proximity to the town and to Acadia."

"This is a fantastic place to stay in Bar Harbor. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. They have a breakfast buffet that is so good--lots of variety and high quality items. It's a very short drive to either Acadia NP or to downtown. We hope to return someday."

"Room was ready early, clean, fridge and coffee machine. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was ok. They had a waffle machine which my family enjoyed. The coffee was awful. It had grounds in it and it was just made. I wish the had hard boiled eggs. Overall OK, but a little pricy. I wouldnt stay there for any length of time. "

"Good location. Walkable to downtown but outside the busier tourist area. Great coffee in the lobby! Staff was very nice and service was responsive. Would definitely stay again."
