This hotel was so dirty, outdated and they put me initially on a scary isolated floor with no carpeting. I have bumps all over from what I’m assuming bed bugs!! I am washing everything in hot water. I tried to cancel my reservation and the hotel said they couldn’t accommodate that. I called Expedia assistance and got hung up on twice!

Run down, sticky syrup on bed side table, mattress worn out. Hair dryer doesn't work. Our room was occupied. Had to go all the way back down to the desk to get a different one.

No vending machines. The timer light in the bathroom ...ridiculous ..goes off in the middle of the shower and cannot turn them back on unless you get out of the shower?????. The room phones did not work. Housekeeping only once a week and only if you are staying over 7 days. Elevator did not work on my last day of stay. I have seen this hotel many times and I thought I would try it. . It was more like a transient hotel. Never again. I don't how this hotel survives.

The buildings were not maintain. Hallway walls in need of painting, doors and jambs were dirty and needed painting. reception area was not as cleaning. Staff was only one person at the desk all day and night. Less than 20 cars in the parking lot and I was assigned a room 300 feet from the elevator and I am 77 years old. this made me walk to the desk to make changes difficult. My refrigerator did not work I had to change rooms the card keys for both rooms had to be changed for not working. the only thing the staff could say was I am sorry. I have stay at Candlewood Suites 3 or 4 times and very satisfied. I expected because it was on Expedia the hotel would be exceptable and it was not there.

Good value for the money. Workable kitchen for a longer term stay with stove top (no oven), large microwave, kitchen sink and standard refrigerator. Spacious work table. Appreciated the recliner. Noisy--seems like everyone had to kick the room doors in order to open them.

The first room had no working heat and had cheese pieces throughout the counter. The second room they put us in was noticeably dirty with crumbs throughout and bus on the carpet. Spider webs on the lights. Being a lifelong Holiday Inn guest, I will second guess my future travel plans

Worst hotel experience ever!! DO NOT stay at this hotel!!! The hotel reeked of smoke, when checking in there was another person with a dog, the dog urinated on the floor. The hotel has never been upgraded. After complaining about the room we were moved to another room which had dental floss on the bathroom floor and hair in the sink. I can’t believe Expedia has this facility in their listing!!!!

I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would never recommend it to anybody. I have never stayed in a hotel that was as dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned in quite a while. We could barely get into the room because the door was slightly off the hinges. There were no dishes in the cupboards, other than one cup and one plate. They had pots and pans in a drawer that looked like they had never been washed the TV remote did not work, the furniture was old and the leather chair was so worn that it was flaking off. I’m not sure I would stay in another candlewood suites again.
