"stranded from Florida after car accident awaiting a tow truck that never showed sat at dealership in another town and no hotels available had yo drive an hour away to Dandridge TN from Lenior City TN checked in with Penny who was so accommodating got a shower and good night sleep accommodations were excellent hotel was immaculate compared to previous hotel from funeral in Knoxville. Continental breakfast was awesome...found a church went to church no dealership or rental car was open till Monday had to stay a second night. Lora and Melissa were just as accommodating, kind, professional and knowledgeable. "

"Great location, very clean, staff were great, bar and starbucks were great. All the things that you want were right there including microwaves in the rooms and mini fridges. Beds were low to the ground which I love but might not be good for older people"

"Not a fancy property, but I don’t pay high dollar for a place to just sleep. I look for location and cleanliness. This had it. Pretty updated. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Mattress might too hard for some but it was good for me and I slept well. All staff was friendly. This is a good location for the conference center, which is what I needed. Would definitely stay again. "
