“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“We stayed here for one night. Our room was on the second floor and at the end of the outside hallway. The room was very quiet. We could sleep with the window open all night and enjoy the fresh air. The view from our room was of the mountains. The room was very clean and bedding very clean and comfy. We could walk to downtown Ashland and enjoy the shops, park and restaurants! Front office staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was not a highlight. Not a deal breaker because there are so……

“Hot tub, clean room, and helpful staff. The coffee maker needs to be replaced or at the very least thoroughly cleaned with a vinegar based solution. Not having coffee was tough but we managed. The land and space is truly special and I finished two books. Will be back!”

“Well kept value hotel suite. A model for this hotel category. Location is great, along i5 and have a good surrounding restaurants. We felt safe. Will be our regular pit stop hotel.”

“Very old and small motel located in the old area in Medford. I would give it a better review at beginning. However, the breakfast was too simple and no place to eat. So, the price is not so cheap.”
