“Well stocked and comfortable, we didn’t have time for the hot tub, but the shower was lovely.”

The adjacent house is also a rental, but we had no noise or other issues with those guests. As other reviews note, the entrance is awkward with the AC sticking out into the main path, but certainly navigable. “Very cute, well-appointed studio in proximity to theaters and fine dining. Hosts were excellent with communication and accomodating my unforeseen needs. Parking on site was a huge blessing! Everything one would need is a short walk away. ”

“We absolutely love staying here. It is furnished with everything a visitor to Ashland might need. From the kitchen to the living space and on to the bathroom, we didn’t lack for anything. It is within walking distance to Lithia Park and the downtown area. We have stayed here three times and look forward to returning. Kathy is an excellent host.”
