"There were just a few small things that should be improved. First, the flies were flying all over the place in the cabin. Second, we needed more towels, but there were enough for a couple of days; however, we were staying for five days. Third, (which is hard to control) the road getting there getting there and going back and forth from Ashland was very dangerous because it didn’t have a lot of railings and there were tremendous drop offs. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. "If ever I were to own a cabin, it would be of the design of this one. Rustic feel with solid and complete foundational amenities. Greats: cathedral ceiling/loft/windows, large porch, bbq, wood stove, no TV, solid internet, great shower and bathroom, firm and comfortable mattresses. Nit-picky cons: jacuzzi isn't really a traditional hot tub, 30 min drive to/from Ashland on a very winding (yet picturesque) road, check-out time of 10am with $35 fee to extend to noon.
