"Hotel and location excellent only downside no tea/coffee facilities in the room.The two young men and young woman on the Reception were excellent, very helpful, informative and friendly also the gentleman and young man around the pool friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant waiters seemed unfriendly, no good morning/good evening or even a smile, same with other management staff. "

The entire staff (receptionists Flavia and Antonella, waiters Mario, Mateo, and Masimo, along with the chambermaids) were exceptionally polite, friendly, and very helpful. The same applies to Pietro, the proprietor of this hotel, who continues to operate this establishment that has been in his family for generations with utmost professionalism and courtesy toward his guests. My wife and I loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful! Easy access to Taormina center via cable car. Other guests were complaining about train to be very loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and could hear it passing by, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very very beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended."
