“The staff were all amazing, very kind and helpful. The location made it easy to get to Bran and Libearty Sanctuary which is why I was in the area. I ate at their restaurant ROOT each night and was happy with the selections. ”

“Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. Breakfast on the other hand was……

“Beautiful view, great breakfast and Restaurant, walking distance to train station and to the skiing slopes. Bathroom had a weird smell and just wouldn’t go away. Everything else is great. ”
