“It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,……

“I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. (I found a pet policy on the hotel website but did not know what the fee was……

“Most of the staff was great, Stu, Stephanie, Andre, but as far as the other staff, the woman with the mask on, I would never ever recommend going back to this property because she is a complete tyrant, and she never been in the customer service industry I have seriously never met anyone so disrespectful never mind in the customer service industry, but in life general. Because of this person, I will not recommend ever going in here because she's just a weirdo with the mask on and horrible……
