Schlicker Seespitze, Kalkkoegel, Stubai Alps, Austria

Schlicker Seespitze is with its 2.804 meters altitude the highest peak of limestone range called Kalkkoegel. It consists of the true Dolomite and hence also called the North Tyrolean Dolomites resembling the more famous mountains in the South Tyrol land in Italy. You can reach the wonderful panorama trail using the Schlick 2000 lift from the village of Fulpmes just in the entrance of the Stubaital valley. It is the first major valley on the right when riding from Innsbruck to Italy via the Brenner saddle.

Ob man auf dem Sofa im Wohnbereich schlafen kann, bin mir nicht sicher. Also eher für 2 Personen, eventuell mir einem Kind. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung und die Lage ist perfekt. Gerne wieder."

"We were a family of four traveling to Austria for the first time. Not wanting to stay in a busy city, we picked Seefeld for its close proximity to Innsbruck. We were not disappointed. Seefeld was just the place, as well as Haus Excelsior 37B! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hope we can return this winter to enjoy the skiing!"

"Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures."

"Es war alles wie im Inserat angegeben, sehr sauber schöne Zimmer, eine große Terasse mit Tisch Stühlen und Liegen, dies hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küche war brauchbar und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Allerdings kann ich anderen Bewertungen zustimmen, dass die Sitzmöbel in der Wohnküche (Essecke und Sofa/halbes Bett) sehr ungemütlich sind und bei längeren Aufenthalten man sich doch sehr schnell ein bequemes Sofa etc. wünscht. "We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside."
