"My husband and I had an amazing time on our stay. The property is so stunning and dreamy with breathtaking views of Val D'Orcia. We were pleased with the ample parking and an EV charging station on site. Staff also offered to assist with luggage, dinners and the complimentary breakfast were delicious, and the office was so accommodating with our wedding shoot prep and early check-in. "Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"

"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). Concerning the breakfast, note that it is not a buffet, a box get delivered to your room. You get to order what they call Sweet, Savory, gluten free... The concept is cute, the items are good ( yogurt, juice, croissant or sandwich). I would say that for 1 or 2 mornings it is ok but I wouldn't do more then that since it is always the same things. "
