“We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful suite! Located above the garage, it offered a wonderful private lakefront view and was such a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We especially enjoyed having access to the covered, furnished dock—a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and take in the beautiful lake views. The suite was decorated to perfection, with so many unexpected and delightful details throughout. It was clear that Nicole put a lot of thought and care into creating such a welcoming and……

“Place was great! Clean. Really a perfect setup for a quick weekend getaway.”

“Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the basement that lingered throughout the house and made the property much less enjoyable. The hot tub was also not in usable condition when we checked in. The water was green and appeared to have not been cleaned or properly maintained before our arrival, so we were unable to use one of the property’s advertised amenities. The most frustrating part of our experience came……

“The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm……

“Good”

“We had a room with a living room and kitchen which was very nice. 2 comfy queen size beds. Blackout shades and quiet. We will stay there again on our way back home.”

“Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.”

“Clean and quiet”

“No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.”

“Floors in room appeared clean but actually quite dirty on bare feet. Bathroom had some damaged tiles near floor behind toilet. Sheets had some holes in them. Housekeeping had left only 1 bath towel but 4 hand towels. Room is updated though which was good.”

“The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.”

“Bad staff Hard to get clean sheets”

“The property was overbooked and we couldn’t stay there.”

“Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise”
