“Absolutely terrible experience. The owner of this property is beyond unprofessional. He flat out refused to accept tap to pay — in 2026, what hotel doesn't accept basic payment methods? When I tried to work it out, he was rude and dismissive about the whole thing. Then he refused to refund the room. I almost ended up sleeping in my truck because of this man's stubbornness. The only reason this isn't zero stars across the board is because the lady working the front desk was genuinely kind and……

“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. “A little slow on the check-in. Nice rooms and nice amenities. Friendly staff. A little noisy in my room by the elevator. Elevator sticks a little bit at the ground level. The stairways need some attention; cleaned and remove standing water on the floor. Loved the bartender, friendly and helpful. Good food from the bar as well. Great prices. Will stay again.”

“The location is fine and so was most of the staff. Unfortunately, it’s very hot in the entrance area. For breakfast, even the milk was hot, so don’t recommend going to breakfast there. Had some water pressure issues. Was it really bad… not horrible. Would I stay there again? No.”
