“The property was beautiful. Everything was well thought out and the beds/furniture were comfortable and cozy. The room construction was solid as we hardly heard any noise from others around us. However with that our phones did not work in our room and the wifi was not working. That made working from the room challenging.”

“We stayed at the suite to attend a concert at the Opry so we didn't look for local shopping or dining. We brought some snacks with us and the suite had every we needed to enjoy our snacks.”

“The room was nice and clean, as were all of the public areas we saw! The pool was small, but nice and never crowded! We loved that there was a free drink included in our stay during happy hour at the attached bar and restaurant! Breakfast in the bodega was different than any hotel we have stayed at! We loved that we could order what we wanted and it was made fresh! The location was great for walking to Broadway!”

“Front desk staff had zero urgency. When I arrived, I was #6 in line and when I was done there were about 10 behind me. I get that computers only process so fast and whatever, but she was 100% unbothered. Hotel was noisy. Not the people in it, but the actual building. Doors were loud and keypad entry was loud. Like wake you up loud. Rooms and building were beautiful though! I’d stay again and just prepare for a slow check in and bring ear plugs.”
