“I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious. The thermostats could not be adjusted though.”

“The staff shortage is evident. I went to have breakfast, and there was no one present to provide service. This situation negatively affected my experience; I hope you are able to resolve it.”

“The property was updated within the last 5 years. The rooms were very damp. Pages in my book got wavy, my medicine disintegrated, and my clothes smelled musty. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”

“We stayed only one night and although in general everything was fine, only our room had some small cockroaches in fact they left the poison in the room haha that was funny, but overall it was fine, if you are just passing through I think it's fine.”

“The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.”

“The staff at check-in was on a phone call the entire time while we checked in. The room had a smoke-like smell for a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub was dirty-looking. The tv and fridge were plugged into a power strip that had to be stretched and plugged into the wall upon us getting into the room.”

“Love the cool vibe plus the location. The live entertainment and bartenders in the lounge were an unexpected treat!! ! They made fantastic cocktails, better than anything we had in Nashville especially on the main street where everything is served in plastic cups.”

“An incredible stay, in a gorgeous neighborhood, close to everything with plenty of parking. My room came with complementary snacks and champagne and I really loved trying out the Dyson fan and hair dryer! If I’m in Nashville again I would want to stay here again. I attended a show at the Basement East and it so close to the hotel.”

“Everything was great & clean. The only complaint I have is the parking, it should be free or at least discounted. &40 is a lot to park for one day. I was there for only 1 night, but I had 2 cars in my party.”
