“The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the service and amenities were not up to the typical Four Seasons standard. There was no service at the pool—we had to flip over our own chairs and go inside to find towels. If you wanted food, you had to use a phone in a box to call room service, and when the food arrived it was missing basic items like ketchup and other sides.

“Great for a longer stay or if you plan on spending time in the room itself. Amazing view from the 31st floor on the deluxe sky view. Only thing I wish it had was a nicer bathroom. Being away with my spouse it would have been nice to have a more intimate shower area but it’s just a bathtub shower. I would say for groups of people get the 2 or 3 bedroom but for singles i would tend to go back to the Bobby or Noelle next time in Nashville. Overall it was great tho, very close to Broadway. “The Staff screwed up on a daily basis charging my debit card repeatedly for a trip that was paid for in advance through Expedia . Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges .
