“We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose……

“The mattress was old and worn. Collapsed on one side and could feel the springs through it. Uncomfortable. Bunch of hair in the shower. Towels were old and only there wasn’t enough in the room. Parking was not included with the price and added over $100 to the cost of staying there for two nights.”

“The digital key access was very challenging, we kept getting kicked out of the app every night we would get back to the room. Once we got a normal room key the room was much more enjoyable.”
