"The pool is just a plunge pool on the roof.. the 2 bedroom doesn’t have nearly enough storage for people staying more than a couple of days. "Internet connections in room were terrible. Complained 3 times and it was never fixed. We don't think it can be fixed. Hallways were dark with heavy carpet. On our second stay the rooms air conditioner was antiquated and not functioning properly. They had a noisy standing fan for if the room became too hot. Also no soap holder in the shower. Had to rest soap on the ridge of the bath stall. "

"The oceanview rooms that are assigned for Expedia guests are situated at the front of the hotel (closest to the street), so at night you will hear everything that's going on outside (street noise, karaoke bars etc...). If you want a better positioned room, book directly from the hotel website. If you're travelling solo beware of the beach manager. Depending on the day, he may "suggest" that because you're travelling solo, you should agtee to share an umbrella with another solo traveller (who's a complete stranger). That way, he can keep the dual sunloungers open for people travelling as a couple. Upon checkout I made a complaint to the General Manager but I'm not sure if any steps were taken with the beach manager. As a solo female traveller, based on this experience alone, I wouldn't go back to this hotel."
