Wonderful lodging in Three Rivers, CA. We only stayed for one night before going in Sequoia National Park, but it is a fun place. We especially enjoyed the Halloween decorations around the property and the humming birds! AC in the rooms are a life-safer. Would stay here again, if we ever get back to the area.
Very well located facility, practically on the river, clean with very friendly staff. Perhaps a bit outdated, but served our purpose. Lots of restaurants nearby and only a few miles away of the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s such a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we loved having easy access to the river. The scenery was beautiful, and the green lawn was especially nice for our dog to run around and enjoy. Overall, it was a lovely place to rest and enjoy nature. We would definitely stay here again!
Nice big king room with refrigerator and microwave. Clean and well maintained. Parking in front of unit. The grounds are park like with a pool. Easy access to market and restaurants.
The property was beautifully kept there a wild turkeys hummingbirds, and it was right near the mountains with restaurants 10 minutes driving distance, and it was really just a great place to stay
Pros:
Convenient check-in and check-out process
They were very considerate in ensuring the property and signage were well lit for those of us coming in after hours, especially since it was very dark
Parking was located right in front of the room
Friendly and helpful staff
Cons:
Bugs
Quaint little motel outside Sequioa National Park’s Foothill Visitor Center / park entrance. Will it blow your socks off, no; but it’s conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and the pool was enjoyed by my kids. It’s better than I’d expect for the price and would stay here again.
The room was comfortable, A/C was cold and refreshing, beds were cozy. The real charm of this property is the atmosphere- the property has sheep, wild turkeys, a hummingbird garden, and they also offered a lot of thoughtful extras- a bowl of ripe peaches for the guests, a great selection of DVDs to loan out, and a map of local restaurants and what sort of food they offered. Really enjoyed our stay here and I will definitely be back the next time we come to see the sequoia trees.
This is an older, well-kept motel. We enjoyed the nostalgia and the friendly staff. We had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We would stay here again.
Well situated for park and restaurants. Friendly staff

It was fairly clean. Staff was amazing. Beds are not comfortable. Our cabin smelled like musty sewage. And we killed 2 types of bugs in kitchen. Its a very cute place. Older style . It uses real key,not a card. Its convenient for distance to the park and several gas and food places nearby.
We just absolutely loved our stay! It is such a perfect little place for families. The animals, circular location of all the cottages, pool, lots of grass, wild turkeys, it was just magical. Thank you !
