“I have 3 booking and stay 5 days in total. Front desk staffs are very helpful, but the management arrangement is too bad. They are short of man power, when the front desk staff need to serve another customer and leave the floor, they will lock the front door. This is very safe for customer who stay in the hotel, but not really convenient because sometimes you go out and need to wait the staff back and open the door for you. For the first days, after one people showered, the second people……

“Clean quiet beautiful ”

“Het ligt een stukje buiten Cusco maar daardoor wel op een rustige locatie. Het dorpje is leuk om te verkennen. De kamer is ruim. Het enige nadeel was de douche die af en toe ijskoud en dan ineens erg heet werd. Ook het matje dat ze in de douche hadden liggen was glad en haalden we er steevast uit. Verder een prima hotel met eenvoudig ontbijt. Helaas konden we niet zwemmen omdat zwembad nog niet vol zat. In de maand mei dus even controleren.”

“Lovely little hotel. We had the clean, comfortable, modern, front room with balcony over the street and beautiful mountain view through double sliding glass doors. Two double beds, and nice, clean, modern bathroom. Great service as well!”

“It’s a bit far from the old town, but there are plenty of taxis and uber”

“The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. ”

“The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.”

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“La mejor habitación, el mejor servicio, Las mejores personas , me hicieron sentir como en casa , amables , limpios, respetuosos y siempre atento a todo , No tengo palabras para descubrir la atención y el servicio , Si alguna persona este interesado se los recomiendo y es que es Parte de ti llegar ah este hermoso hogar .. Nuevamente si decido y vendré nuevamente a este hermosa ciudad , Tendré la dicha de volverme a hospedar en esta hermosa casa que me acogió estos pocos días pero me sentí que……

“Los anfitriones muy amables. En Cusco pasas poco tiempo en tu hotel está bien en relación con el precio. Si caminas 20 minutos llegas al centro o tomas un taxi que cuesta poco. ”
