Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. The only downside was one of the beds seemed to have a support bar that could be uncomfortable in certain positions. There are affordable restaurants andconvenience stores in walking distance. The room is clean. The shared dining room, toilet, and shower rooms are also clean. It was a great experience. My only complaint is due to the other guests being too loud. Although that is not the property’s fault. The showers had mold issues due to poor ventilation. If you are looking for a quick stay after arriving at Haneda airport, it’ll be a great option. Taxi costs around ¥3,700 from the airport. Easy check in and out. The bathroom and shower are not the cleanest and I personally didn’t like sticky door handles.
