I booked a room with microwave and fridge, and they put me in a room without. When I mentioned it to the staff, she said: "there is a microwave here in the lobby and I'll find a fridge for you....". Did she really expected me to walk all the way there to heat up whatever i needed? that throw me off.... I had to insist to be……
