The property was well maintained, check in was fast and staff were very kind and helpful.
As well the kitchenette with the stove, sink, toaster, kettle and coffee maker were a great surprise.
The bed was comfortable, and we could even see the CN tower from our bedroom window!
I highly recommend The Dragon Gate Inn for a reasonable price and a great space to use while visiting such a vibrant city!
Room was clean and the location is great for the price. Cool neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants and walkable to the amphitheater and soccer stadium
Very quick and easy check in. The property was very spacious and had more than everything we needed. Would recommend as good location and decent price.

Misleading facade of the property. The entrance isn't what appears at reservation. It seem at least to me, they don't want people to know where it is. The sign that says hotel, is a regular paper copy, barely visible. The funky look is for the restaurant beside it. Very basic. TV does not work, no amenities. Quiet however, that was nice.
Was not expecting a whole 1 bed apartment. Nice surprise. Also had 2 beds instead of 1 which was great too. Staff was kind and friendly and was always available if needed.
The room was relatively clean, some old stains on the walls, the cabinets had some dirt built up inside, there were pots and pans but the stove itself was covered with a wooden board and the knots were removed from the stove. We didn't plan to use it anyway, but it didn't make sense to have the pans if there was no way to use them. There was a lightbulb that had gone out in the bathroom making it a little dark for getting ready, but overall it was a decent place to stay for 1 night. Location was great, easily accessible to public transportation and many restaurants, shop, and bars.
The room was honestly much nicer than expected based on the reviews and in a truly fantastic location. However, we were charged an extra 200CAD on arrival as a deposit and told it would be returned to us upon checkout. We were told to email them to confirm bank details to transfer the deposit back to, but there is no email address available online.
The staff was so helpful and nice. There is no sign on the building only a small paper one on the door. Room was very clean. The railcar goes right to exepition
Hard to spot on the street because they do not have an above door sign but the rooms are clean and a great size and it looks newly renovated. Would 100% stay here again.
The front door was taped together - obviously had been broken into. The hallways were dirty and dark. The bed headboard was taped together. The bedsheets were clean but very pilly. The floors were sticky. The kitchen range hood was so low I could not fit under it to wash dishes - and I am 5'2". The kitchen chairs were dirty. The bathroom was gorgeous but small - obviously just remodeled. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Also, there is on-site parking and the location is good for getting around although it looks scary and seedy. I considered it luxury camping.
Room was not clean. Fridge was quite dirty and didn't work well. Location is the best thing about this place. Was surprised by the $200 deposit. There was nothing in my reservation about this. The Inn claimed there was, I went back and reviewed and saw nothing about this required deposit. The photo is of a building around the corner.
Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again

Kitchen was very functional. Great dining close by
the parking is extra $20 and there are only like 5 spots. street parking is only allowed during certain times due to rush hour. the front desk lady wasn’t able to answer a lot of my questions, she seemed busy doing something else and didn’t care that I needed help. check out is at 11 but the cleaning lady just walked into our room at around 10:15, no knocking or anything. we were told to leave the keys in the room so i’m not sure how they know exactly what time we “check out” especially if she didn’t knock and just walked in (would’ve been awkwardddddd if i was naked or smth). but otherwise the rooms were good.
