The staff were very very helpful and cheerful, too, not to mention patient when I locked myself out 😀 If you want somewhere fancy and luxe, then you may not be keen, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, plus a nice bathroom so we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there next time we go back to Rome."
