Towel warmer did not work. Pillows were flat and hard. Bed was hard. Beds are pushed together singles and separate when sleeping on them. Front staff was not friendly at all, they did not tell us about any amenities or suggest the spa or restaurant. Climate control does not work unless you are in the room, so if you go out and come back the rooms are hot and stuffy. Patio doors have rusty hinges and may fall on you. The parkade was empty and we were given a parking spot that had furniture and equipment in it, so it was hard to park in. I was excited for this hotel, and it was a bitter disappointment. For the price there are better options out there."
