We stayed here on our recent trip to Slovenia. Hotel is less than 30ft from the city canal and is in a beautiful area. Our room had a view of the castle and was perfect.

Room was spotless. Great location, 10 minute walk from the station, seafront and local bars and restaurants. Check in was clearly communicated and straightforward. Massive room for the price paid.

Trieste is s a lovely place and nicely laid out. The harbor is beautiful.
I used the Hop on Hop off bus to go to Miramar Castle which I recommend.
