"The room was simple, but spacious enough for the 4 of us. Definitely old school, but clean & had the most excellent location since we were there to ride the”Polar Express” and this place is 10 steps away from the train station! Walking distance to all the shops on Main Street too, so while we had a rental car, we still walked everywhere. It was great. "

"Parking is safe and easy. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The room was above and beyond we expected. The room had Instant hot water in sinks and shower, windows that open, easy to use heater / a/c, very comfy bed, excellent location, and this hotel has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This hotel is Durango history at its finest!! "
