“The hotel charges $15 (plus tax) to park on its grounds. Parking should come with the room. It's not like people are walking to the hotel to check-in. And SALES TAX on a parking space? Just another way to squeeze money customers. And an 18% gratuity in ADDED to the bill for the buffet breakfast? I am pre-charged gratuity for nothing. The girl in the dining room asked me if I was paying cash or had a voucher, then brought the bill to me. That's not worth 18%. I prepared my own food. NEVER AGAIN……
