“The house was perfect for us! Easy to find, and in a great location! The host has thought about everything and is very accommodating! We will stay here again! We had planned on snowmobiling but with the lack of snow we brought our side by side and still had a great tkmr!”

The attic bedrooms were very hot but we made do with the multiple fans provided. The house had a "rustic/cabin" atmosphere. NOTE: The toilet in the front bathroom leaks leaving a wet floor.”

“It was a wonderful little cozy place to have a getaway weekend. We hiked Tahquamenon falls and this place was a wonderful refuge for our exhausted bodies. In particular the shower was amazing. We love to cook and all of the kitchen amenities really sealed our enjoyment.”

“Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive……

“This is a nice small cabin with a great view of the lake. We stayed for one weekend off season but I am sure it is a great place to vacation in the summer. It has everything you need, very clean, and the hosts go out if their way to make sure you are comfortable. It is an upgrade from camping but if luxury is your style, it isn’t for you.”

“The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!”
