When we arrived AC was turned all the way off. Room was hot...we turned on AC and it did not take to long for room to cool down. I think it could have been on low, so the room was not hot on arrival.

NO HOT WATER! Lukewarm at best. Stains on some towels. Only 1 elevator was running and I was on the 5th floor. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.
