I love here! My kids and all my family really like here. Everyone said this hotel is better than yesterday hotels. We moved here from Chichen Itza hotel for Tulum. Room was kept very clean and there was potable water right outside the room. There wasn’t a fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom for room 6\. The small window in the bathroom opened to a brick wall which resulted in a rather mouldy smell. Installing a good fan would help. I did have a fire safety concern with the gate into the beautiful little hotel atrium. It was locked from both sides so in order to leave the property you needed to unlock the gate from the inside. Not great. Would be better to be able to leave without a key and then close and lock. Nice area around the hotel and close to many cute restaurants and amenities. Roof top has nice chairs and hammocks for relaxing and the full kitchen is great for families. The shared kitchen with shared refrigerator and place to eat on the roofdeck were great.
