“L’auberge est très propre et le personnel bien gentil. Il y a un lavoir payant.
De plus, il est très proche de l’aéroport.
Une salle à manger et deux fours à micro-ondes sont à notre disposition. Un point d’amélioration serait de mettre à la disposition des clients de l’eau courante et des linges pour nettoyer les tables.”

“My experience with the staff at Ostello Bello was disappointing. We booked through Expedia, which explicitly included free breakfast. However, the night shift receptionist (lady) insisted breakfast wasn't in their system, ignored my booking confirmation, and refused to contact a manager. Fortunately, the manager arrived later and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the same receptionist continued to be cold and made us wait unnecessarily for plates every morning.
