“The staff tried to charge me again for staying there, It took ages to convince them, I was actually stay there with you, I arrived the day following due to flight delays not your fault, but I had informed you but hotel had no idea. I Thought room was very small it looked alot bigger on the photograph, the shower was poor. I was asked what time I would like breakfast I said 9.30am was that okay, yes.
