"Communication with the house keeper was excellent, very helpful and friendly person. He tried everything to help us and feel us comfortable. The advertisement here on expedia didn’t mention the seperated bathroom which was actually in the hallway, not inside our apartment. The bathroom for 5 people was tiny, but ok. "We stayed at Rikli Balance Hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent, with Lake Bled, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel was a perfect base for visiting Bled. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Rikli Balance Hotel. 10/10 – an excellent stay!"
