“I loved this location because it wasn’t in the busy area like lake Bled or lake Bohinj. Nice, quiet area for hiking and lots of cycling paths. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan and that really helped. It was really hot when we were there. The shower had water pressure issues and kept changing temperature as I was showering. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The decor is definitely retro but I felt it worked for this place. There is a small grocery store within walking……

“We booked in a busy season and couldn't get anything at the proper property. This property is located within a 15-minute drive. There is parking. The room is clean. One of the bedrooms had air conditioning; the other one had a fan. The property is located on the second floor so you have to climb a flight of stairs. The host was really nice. We had a late check-in and he was awake till we arrived.”

“The hosts live at the property so the check in was straightforward. The private kitchen had a good fridge, four burners and a microwave. The property is within easy walking distance from the bus stop. There is only one stop in the town. You can take the same bus farther along to Lake Bohinj for about 2€. The hosts provide a little bread gift each morning. The photo is a spring called Izvir Bistrice.”
