Part of the reason that we picked this property, was that Expedia stated that pillow top Mattresses, and Egyptian sheets would be provided, and that was NOT our experience. Parking does have a fee, but was convenient within the complex. Office and service staff were great. We enjoyed the options available for breakfast.

They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect.

Everything was wonderful. Lovely suite with a balcony and views of the mountains. Kitchen included a full size refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, mini-dishwasher, pots and pan, utensils, dishware, deep sink, seating at the countertop. I loved the scent of the suite. Everything was clean and in great condition. The staff was prompt, courteous, and kept up with cleaning the property. Breakfast was delicious with much variety. My suite was on the front side of the building and faced the interstate, so there was some noise at night but that didn’t keep me awake. Light sleepers might find that it’s not quiet enough. If I stay here again, I’d be curious about the suites on the back side.

My room was delightful clean quiet restful! The staff was polite and Customer Service orientated. I accidentally left my necklace behind that my mother got me very sentimental before she passed away two years ago. I got a hold of the front desk, Bianca she was very helpful and I hope to receive my necklace back soon. Paula room 125 on Tuesday 25th 2026 Thank you, I’m looking forward to my next stay!

Great hotel for trip to Mount Rushmore. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the breakfast had good options. Hotel was quiet for the most part. We had loud people above our room, but the staff was helpful in getting them to quiet down. The property was beautiful and safe as well.
