Fern Ridge Waterfront Relaxation, close to Eugene, Oregon Coast, and local wine country. Private boat dock, water sports included (kayaks, paddleboard). Almost 1.5 acres for large outdoor space. Covered gazebo with fireplace overlooking the lake. Deer and other Wildlife abound. RV Parking available. Note offseason November-March, lake level may be low and unusable
