Bright apartment located in the heart of Venice's historic centre, a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the most exclusive area of the city. The residence offers a spacious apartment on the second floor, consisting of a kitchen with dining area, two triple rooms, one double room and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower). From the property, you can enjoy a splendid view of the canal. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is an elegant independent loft, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed and a bathroom with shower. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
