“The room was just terrible the skateboard room the floors were roughed up like concrete. The toilet seat was not tight. Only one small trashcan in the bathroom no coffee you did have espresso. Overall the amenities were lousy. The valet parking was too much. The homelessness was everywhere outside the hotel. Very noisy outside even after 10 PM. Police were involved two nights out the week we were there bites in front of the hotel lots of drugs going on.”

"首先，機場接駁車不是很好等，也需要打電話到飯店確認，但還可接受， 再來到達已經接近半夜了，結果飯店找不到我訂單。足足讓我們在那裡確認來確認去一小時。訂單號碼飯店說沒有，HOTELS'COM的人說是飯店的問題。總是很像踢皮球。但是最後解決了，可是對於隔天一早還要趕飛機的我們，真的很折磨。"
