“The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The continental breakfast was very good with waffles, chocolate waffles, and a fresh yogert machine! Plus bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs. Lots of other things also. The pool area was very clean as was the hot tub. Unfortunately we went about a half hour before it closed so it was pretty dirty from being used all day long. The staff was helpful and nice. All in all this is not the 1st time i have stayed here and it will not be……

“Breakfast was great. I would recommend a microwave be put on the counter with the food as the butter was in the frig so you couldn’t spread it and the coffee was only lukewarm. It was a nice spread of items to eat and staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“Really cool place to stay. It's not cramped but it is certainly cozy. There are a million things to explore and discover. We loved our room's unique décor and the view from our big bay windows. The soaking pool was fabulous. The spa books out FAST so we definitely should have planned ahead if we wanted a spot there.”

“I was sound asleep in the bed when I heard a loud nois. It was the door opening but hitting the latch. Then I heard some one say, ‘there’s someone in there!” The stranger closed my door and I was thankful that I had stopped them by setting the latch! I almost had a stranger in my room. A few minutes later, I was again jolted from sleep! This time it was a woman vigorously banging on my door with her fist. She yelled, “open the door! You’re not supposed to be in there! I thought is was the same……

“The towels had stains, place was dirty lamps didn’t work and I wish I could attach the pictures so they speak for themselves. Never again.”

“Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. Not a good……
