"We came for an extended weekend for a Wollersheim winery tour and a visit to Taliesin. We added a trip to J. Henry as well. (We aborted a trip to Circus World due to the weather) There are two restaurants/ bars within a 5 minute walk from the property. We ate at each, both were good. The down side was Saturnday there was a band till 9pm, loud music till 11pm. Not a deal breaker for us as we sat on the deck listening. The property was very clean and spacious. "Our family of 3 stayed here for our daughter's graduation from UW Madison. We were so busy that we basically just got to sleep here, but we all said we wished we could come back another time when we could just stay around the Farm - it was so cozy and relaxing! It feels very homey, the beds are super comfortable, and it's out in the middle of country, so peaceful! "Our 6 member family was needing a place to stay in Verona to visit family for the weekend and host a couple of guests. We found this listing and decided to give it a shot instead of going the hotel route. We were glad we did. Unit was just as advertised, clean and ready for our stay. "I enjoyed this location. Was the perfect size for one person (or a couple’s getaway). The room was secure and safe. Clean and had some nice little extras in the room. Marca was very attentive to all communication we had. The scenery out the big bay window was lovely as well. Would stay again if the opportunity arose."
