"It was helpful having a kitchenette including a 3/4 size fridge and freezer and toaster since breakfast wasn’t included. We weren’t given a password to use wifi. The shower, tv and bed were decent. The room was surprisingly quiet. The property itself could use some major repairs. There was rust and mildew and taped air leaks on the exterior wall and crumbling concrete on the stairs to the 2nd floor."

"Asked for a later checkout and was told it would be fine as long as we were out by 3 pm as 4 pm is when they would charge for another night stay. At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. He put me on hold to go speak to house keeping which I’m positive he probably just put me on hold and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service in my opinion."
